Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
24 oz Beef, top sirloin 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 Red Bell Pepper (medium) chopped226 grams Mushrooms, sliced 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.5 tsp Dill weed, dried 2 clove Garlic Minced0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 8 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream, Fat Free
Directions
Trim fat off of beef, wrap in plastic wrap, freeze 30 minutes, unwrap, and cut into 1/8” strips across the grain Place beef, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, Dijon, parsley, salt, pepper, red pepper flake, dill, and garlic in crockpot Combine flour and beef broth in a bowl, whisk well until blended, add to crockpot and stir Cover pot and cook on low for 8 hours Turn off, remove lid, let stand for 10 minutes Add sour cream and stir well Serve over egg noddles or other noodle options
