Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese Bake

Ingredients
250 Broccoli, fresh 250 Cauliflower, raw 15 pitted Black Olives, sliced 3 Spring Onions, (45g), slicedOregano or other herbs of choiceSalt and Pepper 3 oz Cheddar Cheese, whole milk, grated3 oz Mozarella Cheese, whole milk . grated
Directions
1. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for approx 3-5 minutes. It is best that they have been out of the refrigerator and have come to room temperature.
2. Lightly grease a baking dish. Place cauliflower and broccoli in baking dish so bottom is covered but vegetables are in a single layer. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle olives, spring onions and oregano over mixture.
5. Grate Mozarella and cheddar and sprinkled across top of mixture.
6. Bake until cauliflower and brocolli are tender approximately 30 minutes.
