6.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup12.0 tsp Organic Valley Ghee Butter2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract6.0 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 dash Salt
Preheat oven to 350-F (175-C).
Melt ghee in mixing bowl. Add, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, eggs, vanilla extract, stevia, baking soda, and salt. Mix all ingredients well.
Break all but 12 blueberries and mix in gently. Line pan with coconut oil or ghee. Spoon mixture, dividing equally across cups. Place 2 berries on top of each muffin.
Bake for 18 minutes. Check with toothpick.
