Keto Butter-Almond Cookies

Ingredients
1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 dash Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Butter, salted 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 16 tbsp Nature's Eats Almond Flour 48 serving Great Value Stevia with Stevia Extract
Directions
Preheat 350. Position oven racks in middle of oven. Lightly mist 2 baking sheets with spray or line with parchment paper & lightly spray with oil.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir with large spoon 1-2 minutes to make a thick, sticky dough
Drop heaping Tablespoons of dough onto prepared pans, about 3" apart
Bake for 9 min. rotate pans and switch racks. Bake 9 more minutes, until firm to the touch and golden brown.
Transfer and cool at least 10 minutes
