1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1 cup Catsup 425 grams or 1 15 oz can Black Beans black, rinsed and drained425 Beans, pinto or 1 15 oz can rinsed and drained3.20 Cup Bush's Butter Beans, Large rinsed and drained425 gram(s) Goya red kidney beans Dark Red or 1 15 oz can rinsed and drained1 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar 6 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
Brown bacon until crips and remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels. Add onion to bacon fat and brown until translucent. Remove onion and discard excess bacon fat. Cook in the same pan catsup, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Low simmer 5 to 10 minutes to develop flavor. Add onion, cook one minute and add all the beans that have been rinsed and drained well. Cook 5 to 10 min until heated through. Serve with bacon bits on top.
