1 lb. Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey .5 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese .3 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1/2 c Bread Crumbs, Panko .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground chicken
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well with your hands.
Shape into 8 patties. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes
