12 oz. Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks2 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn (1) Crushed, Red Gold (28 oz. can) 4 oz diced green chilis, 1can1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw (1) packet Taco Seasoning 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes (1) pouch Rice Uncle Ben's ready rice Spanish style(4) Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce(1) carton 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth
Chop onions and chipotle peppers, drain/rinse corn/black beans.
Add to crock pot with all other ingredients except rice, stir. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. Stir in 1/4 cup water mixed with 2 tbsp corn starch to thicken if too thin for personal taste. Mix in Spanish ready-rice.
Serve with dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, black olives, crumbled tortilla chips, as desired
