Acai, Banana, Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
.50 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 0% fat .50 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, frozen cut it smallish portions1 tsp Acai Powder (Acai Roots) (1 tsp = 4.5g) 0.16 serving Vitacoco Coconut Water w/ Pineapple 1 tsp Badia trilogy (flax, chia, hemp) seeds
Directions
Add yogurt, acai powder and frozen banana pieces in blender (I use a Bullet for single portions). Add Coconut water a little at a time as needed to thin out mixture, continue to blend., making it as thin or thick as you like. Top with with the Flax, Chia and Hemp seeds.

Pour in a glass or you can eat it with a spoon, depending on thickness.

Options:
Change it up by adding different fruit pieces to blender or put mixture in a bowl after blending, your choice! Top with fruit pieces, coconut or chocolate nibs!
