Mermaidsong's Beef and Chili rice thing June 10th

Ingredients
1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 4 cup Canned Tomatoes 5 cup Basmati Rice Medley-Trader Joe's 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the beef. when it's cooked, add the other stuff and do the cheese last.
