Salmon Salad

Ingredients
8 oz - Atlantic Salmon, Fresh, poached and flaked.1 - small Avacado 1 - Green Onion, diced both the bulb and green stalk1 - stalk Celery,diced 1/2 - red bell pepper, diced1/2 - yellow bell pepper, diced Juice of one medium lemon.
Directions
In a small bowl, flake the salmon, then add the onions, celery, & bell peppers.

In a separate bowl mash the avacado leaving it a bit lumpy and add the lemon juice and mix well.

Toss the avacado mixture with the salmon and chopped vegetables.

Chill and enjoy.
