3 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 0.2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Brown hamburger meat, season as desired. Add in flour, let cook for a few minutes, now add the milk and let thicken.
