Ingredients
2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Cut potatoes in small chunks
Put in bowl and add olive oil. Stir.
Place on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake at 400 til brown and soft
