.5 cup Spinach, cooked .33 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 1 clove Garlic 0.33 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1.5 serving Schwans Frozen Bread Dough 2 oz 1/9 loaf (by TYPINGIT) 0.33 cup Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Thaw bread dough. Sautee garlic, spinach and mushrooms in olive oil. Roll out dough and spread the ricotta cheese. top with vegetables and mozzerella. Fold over and crimp edges to seal. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown and/or until bread is no longer raw.
