Ingredients
0.66 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)3.0 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted4.0 cup, chopped Kale0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh1.0 tbsp Lemon grass (citronella), fresh2.0 tbsp Curry powder3 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Boil spices, broth, coconut milk and onions. Reduce heat Add cut up chicken and kale, soft boil 10 mins. Add remaining veggies. Cook 10 more minutes. Add 3 tbsp lime juice.
