Cucmber loaded soup

Ingredients
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium Cucumber (peeled)1.5 tsp Dill weed, dried0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)10.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato6.0 tsp miso2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook onions and garlic chopped in a med pan sprayed lightly with oil, for 5 minutes. Then add cucumber, Dill, miso and water stir till completely mixed cooking on low for ten minutes. Set a side to cool for ten minutes then blend until completely liquified. Place in serving bowls adding extra veggies and/or others if you like.
