Ingredients
2 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida 1 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg
Directions
Chop the veggies. Boil and peel the eggs then chop. Toss and serve.
