crustless quiches

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Beat eggs, flour and milk together and set aside. In a saute pan heat 1 tsp olive oil and saute the vegetables. Spray bowl with Pam and assemble by placing 1/5 of the vegetables in each bowl, pour 1/5 of egg mixture over the veg and then sprinkle the tops of each bowl with 1/5 of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until they are set in the middle. I start checking at 20 minutes. Serve with salad and fruit of your choice, not included in calorie calculation.
