Keto Beef and Broccoli over Cauliflower Rice

1.5 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower - riced/grated3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 16 oz Sirloin Steak - sliced thin2 bunch Broccoli, fresh - cut into piecesStir Fry Sauce:3/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos 4 tsp Ginger Root - grated2 tsps Sesame Oil 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Splenda or other low car sweetener
Mix the stir fry sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Clean and "rice" or grate the cauliflower. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium/high head. Add the cauliflower and stir fry until cooked or begins to turn brown (about 4-6 minutes). Set aside. Add the steak to the pan and cook until medium rare (will continue to cook during the remaining steps). Drain if needed. Steam the broccoli in the microwave or in a steamer until crisp/tender (don't over cook). Add to the steak along with the stir fry sauce and toss to coat. Can continue to cook until steak and broccoli reach desired temps. Serve over cauliflower rice.
