16 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni 16 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block 6 oz Gruyere Cheese 1 stick Butter, salted .333 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Half and Half Cream 3 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk
Boil macaroni per instructions. Make a roux using flour and butter. Add milk and half and half. Cook until thickened. stir in half of the grated cheese. add cheese sauce to the cooked macaroni. layer half of the macaroni in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle 1/2 of the remaining cheese on top. layer remaining macaroni on top of the rest and then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
