Low Carb Hershey's Chocolate Mug Cake (for two)

Ingredients
3tbls + 2/3 tsp Erythritol 1 1/2 tbsp + 1/4 tsp Almond Flour 1 tbsp + 2/3 tsp Coconut Flour1 tbls + 2/3 tsp Hershey's cocoanatural unsweetened 1/8 tsp Baking Powder 1/8 tsp Baking Soda 1 dash Salt1 large Egg2 1/2 tsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 1/2 tsp Water 1 2/3 tsp Butter, salted 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbls + 1/4 tsp Water, very hot
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large coffee mug. Mix in egg, heavy cream, 2 1/2 tsp water, butter, and vanilla. Mix until it is smooth. Add 1tbls + 1/4 tsp very hot water and mix thoroughly. Batter will be thin. Microwave for 1 minute if it's not done cook 1 minute more until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Tip out on to a plate to cool. Serve frosted with low carb frosting or whipping cream whipped with some vanilla and low carb sweetener.
