Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken2 tbsp. diced red pepper2 tbsp. diced green onion1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garic3 tbls Frank's red hot sauce2 tsp. ketchup2 tsp land-o-lakes light butter1/2 C. unseasoned bread crumbs.
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Grill 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve on bun of choice with toppings of choice. - 4 sevings

My husband had this with light bleu cheese dressing. Hot pepper jack cheese would also be good.
