Baked White Fish

Ingredients
1 lb. white fish (the recipe recommends cod - I like making it with orange roughy)2 tsp dried mustard.25 cup lemon juice1 tsp fresh tarragon leaves
Directions
Place fish in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets. Sprinkle dried mustard and tarragon leaves over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. 4 servings.
