3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw280.0 Grams Potato, raw0.33 large Onions, raw2.0 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g)1.0 gram Kirkland Canola Oil Cooking Spray0.5 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Peel onions and dice them. Spray pan with cooking spray. Put potatoes in and cover the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. On a small fire cook until done. If slices start to burn turn them over after half the cooking time and add a little bit of water. Add the chopped onions. Turn them over halfway through the cooking time. At the bacon and mix then add the eggs. Add a little bit of Bragg liquid aminos. Enjoy
