Ingredients
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .25 cup Lentils .5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain .5 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g) 4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 0.25 cup Tofu, firm
Directions
Make or heat broth. Add lentils and boil for 10 minutes. Add rice and cauliflower rice. Mash tofu and add to pot and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Add seasonings to taste - I prefer soy sauce and sesame oil.
