Cheese and mushroom tart on puff pastry

Ingredients
1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry, low fat2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 tbsp Amore Sun Dried Tomato Paste diluted to a funny paste with a small amount ofWater1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tablespoons Italian Grated Hard Cheese (parmesan style)
Directions
1. Lay ready rolled puff pastry on a baking tray and use a fork to proclamations the centre leaving a 1 inch run around the outer edge. Bake in the oven per package instructions until golden brown.
2. While the pastry is baking, cook the mushrooms until soft in a saucepan with a small amount of water.
3. Spread the diluted tomato paste over the baked puff pastry. Scatter the cooked mushrooms evenly over the top. Finally, add a thin layer of the grated cheeses.
4. Return to the oven and bake until the tart is hot and bubbling and the cheese is melted.

Cut into 8 equally sized slices.
