Ingredients
2 cup Spinach, fresh 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 150 gram(s) Aparagus (by REDBANDITA) 2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 clove Garlic 2 tsp Rosemary, dried 4 serving Lucerne Sliced Aged Swiss Cheese (1 Slice) 10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
The night before I had sauted some asparagus with olive oil and garlic. Those leftovers chopped plus about 7 mushrooms, some leftover red pepper slices chopped up and some spinach too close to the date. Mix all that in a lasagna pan and then beat 10 eggs and pour over. Add some rosemary and maybe even garlic powder, a bit of salt and pepper. then rip up some Swiss cheese slices and nestle them into the top. Bake at 400 for about 30 or so minutes.
