Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef, 93% lean 1 (46 oz) can tomato juice1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes, Italian style2 tsp basil 2 tsp oregano1 bay leaf1 large onion, chopped 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, French style1 cup uncooked carrots, sliced2 cups uncooked celery, chopped3 medium potatoes, diced
Directions
Brown the meat, drain and add all ingredients. Let simmer for 2 hours, or cook in Instant Pot on meat/stew setting for 35 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
