Yogurt Strawberry Cake

7 prune Prunes, dried 0.25 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 3 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 4 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 2.2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2.5 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt 50 grams Seaweed, Agar 1 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 oz Walnuts
Clean and cut strawberries, add vanilla powder, lemon zest , juice of 1/2 lemon and 2 tbsp Swerve ( Erythrol). Put on stove and cook 5-10 min.
Crust: Wash plunes ( or dates) , add 1/4 cup oatmeal flakes , 1/4 cup hemp seeds, 1 oz walnuts, 3 teaspoons whipping cream and lemon zest. Blend well and press onto baking paper into a 22 inch baking pan with ring.
Whip the cream , add yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla powder, 2 tbsp powdered Swerve , add one bag gelatin powder ( plain) and 4 tsp agar-agar.
Spread half of it over the crust.
Blend 1/4 strawberries with1 tsp agar agar and spread in the middle of the cream. Add the rest and mix to look like a marble.
Separate strawberry juice and add water to be one cup. Add 1 tbsp agar agar , blend and mix with the rest of strawberries , boil several seconds and cool .
Then pour over the cooled cake.
Cool jn the freezer/fridge before serving.
