3 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 7 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg white, fresh
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a small bowl whisk almond flour and baking powder together.
Add mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave safe bowl. microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir in between. Should be about 2.5 mins.
Add cheese and 2 eggs to almond flour mixture in a food processor with dough blade and mix until all blended together. Wrap a cutting bard with plastic wrap. The dough willl be very very sticky. Spray hands with cooking oil. DIvide dough in 8. Make bagels. Use egg white on top of bagels and add toppings you like. Only place 4 on baking sheet and cook one baking sheet at a time on middle rack. Doing more will result poorly. Bake 14 minutes.
