Keto Far Fudge Bombs

Ingredients
4 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Swerve-Erythritol
Directions
Put all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for thirty seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir for about ten seconds. Place back in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir, and then pour into a greased pan. I recommend an 8 inch by 8 inch pan or smaller. Place in freezer. I recommend cutting the fudge into pieces after a half hour. If fully frozen, it is a bit more difficult to cut. Serving Size: Makes 9 pieces in 8”x8” pan
