Ingredients
2.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple5.0 cup Fresh Mix-Spring Mix Lettuce4.0 oz goat cheese crumbled - taste of inspirations4.0 tbsp Cran and seeds
Directions
Wash the spring mix and apples throughly. Cut the apple into bite sized pieces. Toss all ingredients together. Serve with a balsamic vinaigrette. Serving Size: Makes 4 main salad dishes or 8 side salads
