1 cup Spinach, fresh .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh 8 oz Coconut Water (Zico) 11oz 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup *Great Value Red Raspberries Frozen .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .12 cup Orange Juice
In, a blender: add organic, triple washed spinach, fresh peeled & pitted peach, raspberries, blueberries, banana, hemp seed, coconut water, orange juice. Blend on Smoothie/Shake (or high if no setting) until well blended.
Pour into two 8-ounce glasses & serve.
