Easy Low Fat Gumbo

1 lb. chicken breast cubed1 lb. (16 oz) medium shrimp, peeled, deviened.1 lb. (16 oz) turkey polish sausage, cubed1 can hunts stewed tomatoes with basil and oregano1 can whole corn (drained)1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced green bell pepper3 cloves of garlic minced3 Tbs. olive oil
1. Pour oil in pot adn add onion, pepper, garlic chicken and sausage.
2. Cook until chicken is almost done.
3. Add corn and tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add shrimp, turn off heat, cover and let stand until shrimp is pink.
