Beef - Steak Fajita

Marinade: 1/4 cup Lime Juice 1 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbl. Heinz Zero Sugar Ketchup 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Chili powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepperFilling: 1 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 oz Lean Beef cut into thin strips 1/2 cup Green Peppers, sliced thin 1/2 cup Onions, cut in strips 2 cloves garlicThis same marinade works for chicken as well.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and set aside.
Thinly slice beef and add to marinade.
Chill for at least 1 hr or overnight (or just cook immediately as I usually do)
Heat a large non-stick skillet. Add beef and all the marinade juices to skillet, stir occasionally till no longer pink. Strain beef from marinade and set aside both. Add a little oil to the skillet and saute onions and peppers, add marinade to pan when vegetables are tender.
Serve meat, vegetables on a bed of lettuce, optional toppings or a warm tortilla for those not doing keto.
Serving Size: 3 beds of lettuce
