Beef Tips with Mushrooms

1.5 lbs. Beef, Sirloin Tips 8 oz Portabella Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Thyme, ground 0.5 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Paprika
Combine the spices & rub into beef.
Put oil in skillet & brown beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side & remove.
Using butter sauté onions for 2 to 3 minutes, add mushrooms & cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Return beef to pan & mix everything up.
Serve warm
