Mozzarella Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
.5c cooked wheat pasta1t olive oil2c fresh baby spinach.5c santas sweets tomatoes.5c mushrooms1 clove of crushed garlic1T toasted pine nuts3oz baby mozarella balls, sliced
Directions
Boil water to cook pasta.

Sautee mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Once cooked add spinach. Once cooked add tomatoes. Add cooked pasta and some of the pasta water. toss and add mozzarella balls and top with pine nuts. Its delicious but tastes like its higher up in calories
