quick tomato + zucchini soup

Ingredients
1 can of plum tomatoes,1 zucchini/courgettedash of salt2tsp worcestershire sauceany other vegetable you wish to addsugar 1/2 tsp optional(can be used to counteract the tartness of the tomatoes)
Directions
Put tomatoes on a medium heat
slice zucchini/courgette and add to pan
add salt and worcestershire sauce.

At this point you can add any other vegetable/s you like just be sure to allow them enough cooking time(ie for fresh carrots I would boil them for 5/6 mins first)

You can also add 1/2 tsp of sugar at this point. But remember adding to the recipe will change the nutritional values of it.

simmer for 15 mins and serve.
