Raisin Butter Tarts

3/8 cup egg beaters (or 1-1/2 eggs)1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract3 Tbsp milk1/2 cup margarine or butter melted1/2 cup raisins1 2 crust pie mix such as Jiffy Pie Crust Mix
Preheat oven to 425F.
Prepare pie crust mix and place into 12 tart cups.
Mix all remaining ingredients together. Fill tart cups to 3/4 full.
Bake at 425F for 8 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 10 minutes or until pastry is cooked. (Total maximum baking time should be 25 to 30 minutes).
Cool completely on wire rack before removing tarts from the pan.
