Mixed Veggie Salad

Ingredients
5 Cups Napa Cabbage1 Small Head Red Leaf Lettuce 1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 Red Bell Pepper1/2 Large Cucumber, or 1 Small1 cup chopped Scallions2 Fuji Apples 1 cup Shredded Carrot
Directions
Wash all fruit & veg.
Peel the apples/cucumber if desired.
Chop or slice all ingredients as desired.
Combine in a large bowl.
Store in ziplock baggie.
