Blueberry Lime Tart

2 tbsp honey2 tsp corn starch1 1/2 cup blueberries1 cup bran flake crumbs3 tbsp margarine1 tsp cinnamon8 oz light cream cheese, room temperaturezest and juice of 1 lime1/2 cup of powdered sugar
In a saucepan stir honey and cornstarch until combined. Stir in blueberries and heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Spray and 8" spring form tart pan with non-stick spray. Combine bran flake crumbs and cinnamon, then cut in margarine. Press into the pan until evenly distributed. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cream cheese, lime juice and zest and the powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Pour the mixture onto the crust. Top with the blueberry topping. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve. Makes 8 servings.
