3.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt3.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.75 cup Applesauce, sweetened0.5 cup, mashed Zucchini0.25 cup, chopped Walnuts2.0 tsp Baking Soda0.75 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar0.5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tbsp Apple cider vinegar drink (10 ml in a glass of water)
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients into 1 medium bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon)
Mix wet ingredients into 1 medium bowl (milk, oil, vanilla)
Mix them together. Grate zucchini mix in.
Chop walnuts mix in.
Pour into oiled muffin tin (large)
Bake 350 for 25-30 mins
Mix up glaze-powdered sugar, tsp milk, and tsp vanilla.
