Cherry Couscous Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 c Skim milk4 tblsp Splenda1/4 Dried Cherries1tsp Vanilla Extract1 1/2 c Couscous1 container Light Vanilla yogurt1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Heat milk, splenda, and cherries in medium saucepan.

Bring to a simmer on Medium heat.

Remove from heat and cover tightly.

Let mixture steep for 10 min.

Add vanilla and whisk to combine.

Pour mixutre over couscous in a bowl and add cinnamon and yogurt.

Stir to combine.

Divide evenly among 4 cups and sprinkle ever so lightly with cinnamon for garnish.

Refrigerate for 45min or until set and cool.

Enjoy. Also so good warm slightly.
