10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded0.25 cup Milk, 1%
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare muffin tin by spraying with non stick spray. Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Dice Canadian bacon. Evenly divide canadian bacon and graded cheese into each of the 12 muffin tins. Add the egg mixture to each muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes.
