Barley Summer Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Barley, pearled, raw 28 grams Scallions, raw 112 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 155 grams Cucumber (with peel) .18 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins - 1/4 cup 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 5 grams Basil
Directions
Cook Barley, let cool. Rinse thoroughly, drain.
Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces.
Chop basil into fine strips.
Mix together and refrigerate.
