Ingredients
2 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 4 cup Carbquik (by CYNDIDAVISUSA) 84 serving monkfruit in the raw packet (by LEMONYLACE) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 stick Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder (by CASEYJB) 1/2 - 3/4 cup Water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, combine in large bowl. Batter will be thick, add water until smooth
