.75 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh .5 cup, sliced Mangos 1 cup slices Peaches, fresh .25 cup Blackberries, fresh
Directions
cut up fruit. place in a bowl, if want juices to come out, microave for a few seconds. dress with raspberry vinaigrette or coleslaw dressing inf you with. sprinkle with no calorie sweetener if you wish. but if made early enough juices should come together natrually for a "syurup"
