2 tbsp ground flax2 tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened 2 tbsp (26 grams) chia seedsSprinkle of cinnamonHot water to desired consistency
Directions
Add 1/2 c hot water and mix well. It will start out very thin but will thicken after 2 minutes of sitting.
