Ingredients
16.0 oz Ground beef, lean0.5 cup Rice flour, white8.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients except half the can of sauce. Season to taste. Put in 8x8 glass pan and flatten out. Spread remaining sauce on top. Cook in oven at 350° for about 1 hour. Serve when 160° internal temperature. Serving Size: Makes 6 2x4 pieces
