10 oz Bumble Bee Premium White Chicken (1/2 can=2oz) 3.5 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups) 3.5 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans 3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin (by JGOODIN) 1 serving 1 tsp Parsley Flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning (by TISH25AGAIN) 8 serving Ole Extreme wellness high Fiber low carb-Tortilla Wrap(1 Tortilla) 1 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 clove Garlic
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add chicken and sauté. Add spices and cook till onion is done. Add rinsed corn and black beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on tortilla with cheese. Add anything else you would like. Yummy
