16 oz Cod (fish) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 12 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100% 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Onion powder
Preheat oven to 350. Best the egg in a shallow bowl, put bread crumbs and cheese and spices in zip lock bag. Mix well. Coat each fillet with egg mixture. Then place in bag to coat each piece with coating. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, till fish is light and fluffy. Yum!
